Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information

Shipping Origin — All orders placed with Axiom Peptides are dispatched from within the European Union. Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of research peptides are permitted under the laws of their country.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once an order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.

3. Tracking

A tracking number is provided once the shipment has been dispatched. Tracking updates are made available by the selected courier after the package has entered the shipping network. Please allow several hours for tracking information to become active.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows: European Union deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. International deliveries outside the European Union generally take between 7 and 21 business days, depending on location and customs procedures. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Axiom Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond its control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout prior to order confirmation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, Axiom Peptides cannot guarantee a refund or complimentary reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order

7. Customs and Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for verifying that ordered products comply with local import regulations. Axiom Peptides assumes no responsibility for customs-related issues, including but not limited to shipment delays, import restrictions, or confiscation by authorities. Orders seized or held by customs are not eligible for refund.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If an order arrives damaged, the Customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The claim must include the order number, clear photographs of the packaging and products, and a description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and Axiom Peptides will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

9. Returns

Due to the nature of laboratory research chemicals, returns are generally not accepted once products have been dispatched. Returns may only be considered in cases where the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery. Products must not be returned without prior authorization from Axiom Peptides.
